This 2 session course is designed to teach you all the basics of buttercream.
Session 1 (Tues 20th April)
• Learn to make buttercream
• Learn about different piping tips
• Learn to make a paper piping bag
• Practice piping - using different tips
Session 2 (Tues 27th April)
• Torte, fill and stack a cake
• Crumb coat a cake
• Decorate cake using techniques learnt & practiced!
As part of the class you will be given the following items to keep
• disposible piping bags
• Star piping tip
• Round piping tip
• Set of straight scrapers
• Striaght spatula
You will also be supplied with a 6" cake, board and box.
Each session will be roughly 2.5 / 3 hours.
Sessions start at 6pm.
