Same/Next day dispatch: We do our absolute best to book couriers for orders placed and paid before 11:00AM (Mon-Fri) on the same day, otherwise all orders are posted on the next business day.
Delivery times: Depending on location delivery is usually within 2 working days.

"We ordered a cake topper print at the last minute and asked for it to be delivered urgently for our daughter’s birthday party. They had it printed and courier ordered within hours. Unfortunately the delivery went missing with the courier. In a mad panic on the day of the party I called to explain the courier hasn’t arrived.
