What delivery options do you offer?
You can pick up your order instore for free, or we will courier to you. Our standard shipping fee is $7.99 ($9.99 for Rural addresses).
We use NZ Couriers, NZ Post, Fedex and DHL as our preferred partners.
We keep you informed
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item has been packed and ships, you will receive a Order Complete email with tracking information.
You can also log into to Your Account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. You'll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, the shipping method, and package tracking information.
What is the expected delivery time?
We aim to ship your order same day if it is received and paid for before 11am, otherwise it will usually ship next day. Depending on location delivery is usually within the next 2 working days (excluding public holidays). Rural addresses usually take 1-2 days longer.
While we always strive to ensure on time delivery, there might be instances when the package may take longer due to circumstances outside of our control. (such as: earthquakes, Pandemics, Natural Disasters etc.) Please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to reach you.

I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can call us and we will do our best to update shipping information. If your order has already been packed and booked in with a carrier, this may not be possible.
If your order is already in transit, give us a call and we will contact the carrier and see if a change can be made. This may not always be possible and additional fees may be incurred.
I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.
If the carrier is unable to leave your package in a safe location unattended, they will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address. Otherwise, they will leave it in a safe location. If you do not wish for this to happen, please let us know and we will instruct the carrier not to leave parcels without a signature.
What happens if my delivery goes missing?
Claims for missing deliveries need to be made within 28 days of shipping. Outside of this timeframe, we are unable to start a claim against our carriers.
In case of any problems with your delivery that we are notified of, we will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
What do I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
It’s always a good idea to check that the parcel hasn’t been damaged before accepting your delivery. If it has been obviously damaged during transportation, then don't accept or sign for it. It’ll be sent back to us and we’ll refund you in full.
If you’ve already accepted the parcel or it was accepted by a neighbour, please Contact us. Damages need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
