What We Offer
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
What You Can Return
- Items in original packaging
- Products with no visible signs of wear
- Non-discounted items (unless faulty)
- Cake decorating supplies and tools
- Bakeware and equipment
Important Exceptions
- Discounted items (unless faulty)
- Food items cannot be returned
- Items with visible wear or use
- Products not in original packaging
- Postage only refunded for damaged/lost parcels
How to Return Items
Additional Information
Processing Times & Fees
- Refunds can take up to 4 weeks (usually much quicker)
- Payment gateway fees (PayPal, Afterpay etc) are not refundable
- Gateway fees will be subtracted from refunds
- We process returns in order received
Shipping Guidelines
- Use trackable shipping service for your protection
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance
- We provide prepaid labels for damaged/wrong items only
- Keep tracking information until refund processed
