Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  2. Email us at info@coastcakes.co.nz telling us what you want to return and why
  3. Send all items back to us. If you received the product damaged / defective or the wrong item was shipped (excluding substitutions) we will send you a prepaid shipping label

The Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply where consumer items have been purchased for business use.
