Collection Option
Cakes can be collected in-store on the date booked for free.
This is our most popular option as it ensures your cake arrives in perfect condition and you can inspect it before taking it home.
Specialist Couriers
We use specialist fragile couriers for cake deliveries. Delivery rates vary depending on location and timing requirements.
Our courier partners are experienced in handling delicate items and understand the care required for transporting cakes safely.
Delivery Requirements
If you have a deadline for delivery (e.g. latest time needed), please let us know as early as possible during booking.
We need full delivery name, address, and any special delivery instructions to confirm availability.
Safe Delivery Practice
If you're not home, we'll leave your order in a safe place (under cover, with neighbors, etc.) unless you specify otherwise.
Important: Items are left entirely at your own risk once delivered. We don't accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Delivery Coverage
Any damages during transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. Where items are left at the delivery address, they are left entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility after they have been delivered, including where items are lost, stolen, damaged, or perish as a result of being left unattended.

Delivery Questions
What if my order is returned to you?
If a safe place isn't available for delivery, our couriers may return your order to us. We'll attempt to contact you before this happens.
If returned, you'll need to either collect from our store or pay an additional delivery fee for redelivery.
How do I arrange delivery outside Auckland?
Contact us directly to discuss available options for areas outside Auckland. While we can't always accommodate these requests, we'll do our best to help.
Delivery charges for outside Auckland are dependent on distance and specific location requirements.
What delivery information do you need?
We require the full delivery name and address, plus any special delivery instructions you may have.
If you have specific timing requirements or don't want the order left unattended, please let us know during the booking process.
