Cakes can be collected instore on the date booked.
We use specialist fragile couriers. Delivery rates vary depending on where to and when you need the delivery to happen.
If you have a deadline for your delivery (e.g. the latest time you need it by), you need to let us know as early in the booking process as possible so we can schedule this appropriately.
Please mention that you'd like delivery when you place your order, and where this is to. We'll need the full delivery name and address, along with any special delivery instructions. Once we have all of this information, we'll be able to confirm whether we can deliver or not.
If you've booked delivery and you or the lucky recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we'll leave your order in a safe place (e.g. under cover on your porch, in your carport, with a close neighbour, etc.). If you have special instructions for delivery, or you don't want us to leave your order if you're not home, make sure you let us know.
Any damages during transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. Where items are left at the delivery address they are left entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility after they have been delivered including where items are lost, stolen, damaged or perish as a result of being left unattended.
If a safe place is not available to leave your order, our couriers may return it to us. Attempts will be made to contact you before doing this. If your order is returned to us, you will either need to collect it from our store or pay an additional delivery fee to have it redelivered.
