If you've ever tried melting chocolate and ended up with a lumpy mess, these are for you. GoBake's chocolate melts are designed specifically for home baking - they melt smoothly every time without any of the usual drama.
The milk chocolate has a lovely creamy flavour that's not too sweet, making it perfect for coating cake pops, dipping strawberries, or drizzling over your favourite desserts. Because they're formulated to melt easily, you don't need to worry about overheating or seizing - just microwave in short bursts and stir.
Each 200g pouch gives you plenty to work with, and the resealable packaging means you can save any leftovers for your next baking project. They're great for chocolate moulds too, and set with a nice glossy finish.
