Because they're formulated to melt easily, you don't need to worry about overheating or seizing - just microwave in short bursts and stir.
Each 200g pouch gives you plenty to work with, and the resealable packaging means you can save any leftovers for your next baking project. They're great for chocolate moulds too, and set with a nice glossy finish.
