Payment Questions
For custom cake orders, we accept all payment methods including cash, EFTPOS, credit cards, PayPal, PoliPay, and Afterpay. A 50% deposit is required when placing your order, with the balance due before pickup or delivery.
No, we do not charge any additional fees to process your payment.
Afterpay is available for orders between $10-$2,000. You pay 25% today and the remaining amount in 3 fortnightly installments with no interest if paid on time. Note: For custom cakes requiring a deposit, the deposit must be paid upfront, and the balance can be paid via Afterpay on collection.
If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method. For custom cake orders, we'll hold your slot for 24 hours while you resolve payment issues. Contact us immediately if you experience payment problems.
Yes, we accept bank transfers through PoliPay for online orders, or you can arrange a direct bank transfer for larger orders. Please contact us for our banking details and include your order number as the reference.
For supply orders, you're charged immediately upon placing your order online. For custom cakes, the deposit is charged when booking, and the final balance is charged before pickup/delivery. In-store purchases are charged at the time of collection.

"We ordered a cake topper print at the last minute and asked for it to be delivered urgently for our daughter’s birthday party. They had it printed and courier ordered within hours. Unfortunately the delivery went missing with the courier. In a mad panic on the day of the party I called to explain the courier hasn’t arrived. They printed a second one for me and delivered it personally to my home in time for the party.
