• Vanilla — A classic done properly. Light, fragrant, and always a crowd-pleaser.
• Lemon — Bright and zesty, made with real lemon juice and zest.
• Red Velvet — Soft, slightly tart sponge with cocoa and vanilla undertones.
• Mud — Dense, fudgy chocolate with coffee undertones. Seriously good.
• Raspberry & White Chocolate — Fruity sponge loaded with raspberries and white chocolate chips.
• Carrot — A spiced classic, packed with carrot and warmth.
• Coffee — Fresh coffee swirled through a soft vanilla sponge.
• Fruit — Packed with dried fruit and spices. Even better spiked with brandy.

We also make croquembouche and a range of other specialty cakes — if you have something specific in mind, just ask. Gluten free options are available too.
