"We ordered a cake topper print at the last minute and asked for it to be delivered urgently for our daughter’s birthday party. They had it printed and courier ordered within hours. Unfortunately the delivery went missing with the courier. In a mad panic on the day of the party I called to explain the courier hasn’t arrived. They printed a second one for me and delivered it personally to my home in time for the party. Not only was the topper perfectly done their customer service was above and beyond and ensured our daughter’s party was as special as she hoped it would be. Thank you coast cakes for your kindness and understanding. Xx"

"We didn't give the team at Coast Cakes a huge amount of notice, but they were able to make us a beautiful, quality, fruit cake with traditional marzipan/royal icing. Decorated tastefully too. Our parents were thrilled with their 60th Anniversary Cake."

"I was absolutely blown away by what these bakers created. I sent them a photo of what I wanted, and they recreated it perfectly, which was incredibly impressive. The cake was delivered to me, and I believe it was hand-delivered by a staff member, which is truly outstanding service. The cake itself was delicious. While the requested mint flavour was missing, it’s easy to look past that because the cake was incredibly moist, full of flavour, and still just as fresh five days later. I’ll definitely be returning to this shop for my daughter’s birthday, that’s for sure AAA+++"
