Roll out your fondant with ease using the Fondtastic range of Fondant Mats. The mats come as a set of two and are neatly packaged in a tough storage tube. Once you use the Fondtastic Fondant Mat, you will never go back to using cornflour on the kitchen bench again!

The mat can be used in a few different ways. If you are looking for a non-stick surface to roll your fondant out on, simply unroll the mat onto your bench and start rolling your fondant out on it. There is no need to "season" the mat with oil, it is ready to use. You can also place the second mat over the top of the fondant you are rolling out and roll the fondant out under the mat. This gives you a smooth silky texture to your fondant, and if you walk away, the fondant does not dry out under the mat!
