Our whole and sliced fruit range adds texture, flavour and vibrancy as a stand-out garnish to a variety of dishes. Use as a finishing touch on your special occasion cakes, desserts and cocktails, crumble on top of your morning cereal and yoghurt combination, or quite simply eat straight from the packet as a healthy on-the-go snack.
Sourcing only the highest quality strawberries, we freeze dry them at sub-zero temperatures, removing all the moisture from the fruit.
This packet contains enough strawberry slices to garnish 12 cupcakes or a standard cake.
