"We ordered a cake topper print at the last minute and asked for it to be delivered urgently for our daughter’s birthday party. They had it printed and courier ordered within hours. Unfortunately the delivery went missing with the courier. In a mad panic on the day of the party I called to explain the courier hasn’t arrived. They printed a second one for me and delivered it personally to my home in time for the party.
