LorAnn’s super strength flavours (also known as candy oils or flavouring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or “extracts”.
You can use these unsweetened oils in hard candy, general candy making, chocolate, fudge, truffels, cakes, cookies, fondant, buttercream, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
Suitable for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
