Sweet Sticks Paint Powders are so versatile and can accomodate many different styles of cake decorating. You can ultimately choose your paint consistency or dust it. A little goes a long way with our Paint Powders, you only need 1/8 of a teaspoon of Paint Powders and Paint Powder Activator to cover a whole 250g Block of Chocolate. Which means you could cover 24 Blocks of Chocolate with 1 jar of Sweet Sticks Paint Powder.

We recommend using our Paint Powders on dry and firm surfaces. Any Porous Surfaces will allow the alcohol in the Paint Powder Activator to absorb into your product and prevent it from drying.
Drying time can vary based on what surface you are painting on, how thick the coat is and humidity levels. For a quicker dry time we recommend thin coats and avoid painting in high humidity conditions. Drying needs to be done by air drying. If not air dried correctly you may be left with an after taste. Be sure to have it touch dry before placing it into the fridge. When dry your surface will be rub free and tasteless.
Brushes play a big role in your overall quality finish. If using a cheap quality brush you may be left with brush strokes and an uneven finish. Invest in quality brushes if you can.
